  • Collaborate with sales, account management, clinical, operational, and other business teams to develop data-driven client strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting capabilities, analytical processes, forecasting approaches, and visualization practices.
  • Contribute to strategic projects, product initiatives, and best practices that strengthen healthcare analytics and client reporting.
  • Promote continuous learning, innovation, process improvement, and operational excellence across analytics activities.
Requirements:

  • Proven ability to transform data into actionable insights and recommendations that influence business outcomes.
  • Experience presenting analytical findings and recommendations to clients, senior leaders, executive stakeholders, or other decision-makers.
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex analytical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong relationship-building, influencing, collaboration, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with an ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and strategic impact.
  • Proficiency with analytical and visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, and Access; experience with SQL and Power BI is preferred.
  • Ability to understand technical processes and contribute to reporting, analytics, forecasting, and visualization enhancements.
