Job Description
Responsibilities:
· Develops specific departmental goals, standards and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization.
· Manages all activities related to staffing, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions and continuing education initiatives.
· Monitors departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts, and vendor relations.
· Supports special projects and business analyses as requested.
· Contributes to short and long-term organizational planning and strategy as a member of the management team.

Licensure / Certification / Registration:
· Required Credential(s): None Required.
Education:
High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR associate’s degree/bachelor’s degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
