Mgr, Central Referrals at Beacon Health System – Kalamazoo, Michigan

The Manager, Central Referrals will report to the Director Access/Operations.

Responsibilities:

• Develops, implements and evaluates program services and initiatives.
• Manages all activities related to staffing, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions and continuing education initiatives.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to assist with problem identification and resolution, cost containment issues, implementation of new services, and systems/performance measures.
• Monitors and adheres to budget. Approves or monitors expenditures, purchases and other actions to insure compliance with budget guidelines.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree with 2 years of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
