This role is an opportunity to act as the strategic bridge between business needs and technology delivery within a fast-paced, client-facing environment. You will help shape product direction, prioritize initiatives, and translate complex requirements into clear, actionable user stories for development teams. Working closely with stakeholders and engineering teams, you will ensure solutions align with business goals and deliver measurable value. The position requires strong communication skills, product thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic consulting context. You will also contribute to roadmap definition, backlog management, and continuous improvement of delivery processes. This is a highly collaborative role where your decisions directly influence product success and client satisfaction.
In this role, you will act as the key link between clients and technical teams, ensuring product vision is clearly defined and effectively executed. You will be responsible for guiding product strategy, managing backlogs, and supporting delivery teams throughout the development lifecycle. Key responsibilities include:
- Translating client business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and implementation guidance
- Managing and prioritizing the product backlog in tools such as Jira, ensuring alignment with business value
- Collaborating with development teams to define solutions and ensure accurate delivery of requirements
- Acting as a trusted advisor to clients on product strategy, roadmap planning, and release prioritization
- Identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities for product improvement and growth
- Facilitating communication between stakeholders, including technical teams and business leaders
- Supporting agile ceremonies and ensuring smooth execution within scrum teams
You bring solid experience in product ownership, consulting, or strategic digital delivery, combined with strong stakeholder management skills. You are comfortable operating in complex, cross-functional environments and translating ambiguity into structured solutions. Key requirements include:
- 3+ years of experience in product ownership, software delivery, or strategic advisory roles
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and backlog management tools such as Jira, Asana, or ClickUp
- Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories
- Proven experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering and business stakeholders
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with confidence leading discussions and prioritization sessions
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to manage competing priorities effectively
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field
- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written)
- CSPO or PSPO certification is a plus
