We are currently recruiting a Origination & Structuring Analyst or Senior Analyst to join our team and contribute to key projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment. This role is part of a global team working towardcommon goals. We operate as one company, across all locations, with shared responsibility andclear accountability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support research and identification of potential clients, partners, and project opportunities under close supervision.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and pitch materials for client meetings.
  • Help maintain origination pipeline data and track basic deal progress in CRM systems.
  • Assist with preliminary market analyses and competitor reviews as directed.
  • Collect and organize project, financial, and compliance documentation for due diligence.
  • Support the preparation of simple term sheets and pricing summaries.
  • Communicate updates with internal teams and help coordinate logistics for meetings.
  • Participate in industry events and maintain records of interactions and business activities.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for origination and meetings.

Education & Certifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Additional coursework or certification in renewable energy, energy markets, or project finance is a plus.
Experience & Technical Skills
  • 0–3 years of experience in business development, sales, project support, or account management.
  • Familiarity with the renewable energy sector and CRM or market research tools is desirable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; able to learn new systems quickly.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; organized and attentive to detail.
