Develop, implement, and verify corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs); manage the CAR database
Oversee special process quality requirements and plating/process coupon control
Generate and maintain quality performance metrics for management review
Continuously improve inspection processes, procedures, and the QMS
What You Bring
5+ years of progressive quality assurance/quality control experience, including AS9100 quality programs
5+ years of experience in mechanical inspection applications
Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001/AS9100 standards and root cause/CAPA methodologies
Familiarity with 5 Whys, Fishbone diagrams, and 8D
Proficiency in Excel, GD&T applications, and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, or related field preferred
ASQ CQA, CIA, or Lean Six Sigma certification a plus
