About the Role:

Tripoint Solutions is seeking a Sr. Quality Assurance Manager to join our team in support of one of our government contracts.

The Senior Manager, Quality Assurance leads the implementation and continuous improvement of an ISO 9001:2015–compliant Quality Management System (QMS) for U.S. Government programs supporting national security missions. This role ensures all deliverables meet PWS, contract, and customer requirements while driving standardization, compliance, and quality across transition and sustainment operations.

Location: On-Site. Tucson, AZ

Minimum Qualifications:

Active or eligible U.S. Government Security Clearance (DoD Secret or DHS Suitability)Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Engineering, Business, or related field10+ years quality/compliance experience supporting U.S. Government programs3+ years people or program management experienceHands-on experience with ISO 9001:2015Strong auditing, documentation, and process improvement skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with DHS, DoD, or CBP programsPMP certificationASQ CQA, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, or similar certifications

Responsibilities:

Lead and maintain an ISO 9001:2015 QMSReview and approve program deliverables, reports, and documentationDevelop SOPs, workflows, templates, and quality checklistsConduct internal audits, manage CAPAs, and ensure contract compliancePartner with PMO, engineering, operations, logistics, field, and data teamsOversee construction, field quality, and Systems Acceptance Testing (SAT)Track and report quality metrics, KPIs, and improvement initiativesSupport staff training and onboarding on quality processes
