About This Position
We’re looking for a polished and proactive Success Partner to build strong client relationships, oversee seamless collaboration with virtual assistants (VAs), and drive measurable results. This role focuses on client satisfaction, growth opportunities, and maintaining long-term partnerships while consistently delivering value and creating superfans. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, an exceptional communicator, and a proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management- Build and maintain trust-based partnerships with clients, understanding their goals, milestones, and challenges.
- Conduct regular check-ins to monitor satisfaction, address concerns, and celebrate client successes.
- Ensure timely and transparent communication to enhance the overall client experience.
- Pairing: Analyze client needs from surveys and match them with the most suitable VA based on established guidelines.
- Onboarding: Create a seamless and professional onboarding experience for both the client and VA, setting clear expectations and ensuring a comfortable transition.
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and VAs, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment with client goals.
- Oversee client onboarding, transitions, and ongoing service delivery to maximize engagement and efficiency.
- Manage expectations, ensuring both clients and VAs understand their roles and responsibilities.
- Design and continuously refine the client journey, ensuring speed to value and measurable outcomes.
- Monitor client engagement and proactively resolve any issues before they escalate.
- Implement feedback loops to ensure ongoing client satisfaction and retention.
- Identify upsell opportunities and position additional services that align with client needs.
- Proactively reconnect with past clients to explore opportunities for renewed collaboration.
- Educate clients on the benefits of transitioning from fractional support to direct hire where applicable.
- Work closely with VAs and internal teams to remove roadblocks and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Maintain open lines of communication with team members to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Foster a team-first mindset, prioritizing client and VA success.
- Track key performance metrics, including CSAT, ROI, and retention, using data insights to refine strategies and enhance the client experience.
- Encourage client feedback and implement continuous improvements based on their input.
- Net Promoter Score (NPS): Maintain an NPS score of 95% or higher to ensure client satisfaction.
- Google Reviews: Every happy client submits a Google Review to strengthen brand reputation.
- Referrals: Generate at least 2 client referrals per quarter from satisfied clients.
- Conversions: Successfully transition 4 clients per year from fractional support to direct hire services.
- 5+ years in client success, account management, or customer experience roles.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Proficiency with tools like Asana, Zoho One, and GSuite.
- Demonstrated ability to track and leverage key client metrics for decision-making.
- Experience handling client retention, upselling, and referrals in a service-based business.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to identify opportunities and implement solutions effectively.
- Highly Organized: Capable of managing multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.

- Experience designing client journeys and optimizing client engagement strategies.
- Familiarity with Visionary and Integrator concepts (Rocket Fuel methodology).
