• Safely administer and oversee medications and prescribed treatments
• Monitor and assess residents’ health, safety, and overall well-being
• Communicate with families regarding medical needs or concerns
• Share observations and resident updates with the Clinical Services Director
• Support and guide care staff to ensure high-quality, consistent car
• Provide friendly, respectful service to residents, families, visitors, and teammate
• Jump in with other essential duties to help the community run smoothly

You’re not just passing medications, you’re building trust, preserving dignity, and making a real difference every single day.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Vocational or technical training preferred
• 1+ year of Medication Technician experience (preferred)
• 2+ years in a geriatric or senior care setting (preferred)
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-first attitude

• First Aid Certification
• Criminal background clearance
• Health screening and TB/CXR clearance

Comfortable using healthcare equipment and basic computer systems Able to assist with lifting, transferring, or repositioning residents as needed Strong attention to detail and sensory awareness Leadership & Communication
