Behavioral Management Provider at HELPING YOUNG PEOPLE EXCEL LLC – Lebanon, Indiana

Scope of Position:

Behavioral Management: to provide ongoing interventions that support the child and family in implementing a care plan.

Job Type: Part-Time and Full-Time

Hours: Flexible, varies from Sunday to Saturday

Pay Rate: $25-$30 per hour, based on experience

• An understanding of and sensitivity to the emotional, social and academic needs of youth during different developmental stages.

Position Requirements

• Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and vehicle insurance.
• Must be 18 years old and have a high school diploma, high school equivalency.
• 2,000 hours experience with youth who have serious emotional disturbances (SED) is required.
• Lived experience is valued.
• Background checks and fingerprinting are required for employment, with costs covered by the employer.
