Deliver exceptional massage therapy that helps clients feel measurably better, physically, mentally, and emotionally. While creating an experience that feels calm, premium, and deeply personalized every time.

Provide customized massage therapy sessions based on each client’s goals, preferences, and contraindications.

This may include:

• Relaxation massage
• Therapeutic and deep tissue massage
• Tension relief and recovery-focused work
• Stretching and mobility-supportive techniques
• Approved service enhancements such as cupping, hot stones, CBD or topical support, and percussion tools
• Specialty work, when trained, such as prenatal massage, lymphatic support, myofascial release, TMJ-focused work, trigger point therapy, neuromuscular techniques, craniosacral therapy, or sports massage
• Conduct thoughtful consultations that assess history, stress patterns, discomfort, mobility, goals, and lifestyle factors
• Confirm contraindications and communicate clear, realistic expectations
• Create a simple plan for today’s session and the next best step
• Maintain a treatment room that feels clean, calm, prepared, and consistent

At Precision Wellness, rebooking is earned through trust, results, and a genuinely supportive experience.

You will:

• Offer simple, personalized next-step recommendations based on the client’s goals
• Educate clients on within-scope home support such as hydration, stretching, and recovery habits
• Recommend future care only when it truly benefits the client
• Partner with the front desk to support smooth rebooking and continuity of care
• Help build loyal client relationships by making people feel cared for, not sold to

You will be expected to document each session accurately and consistently in our client management system, including:

• Intake notes
• Areas addressed
• Techniques used
• Client response to treatment
• Contraindications
• Follow-up recommendations and next-step plan

• Active Missouri Massage Therapy License
• Current liability insurance
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and body mechanics
• Strong consultation and communication skills
• Ability to lead a treatment plan, not just perform a session
• Commitment to sanitation, compliance, and documentation standards
• Professionalism, punctuality, reliability, and strong service standards

• 1+ year of experience in a spa, wellness clinic, or high-touch service environment
• Specialty training in deep tissue, sports massage, prenatal massage, myofascial work, lymphatic support, TMJ-focused work, or similar modalities
• Comfort in a results-focused, retention-driven environment
• Experience with booking software or client management systems
