• Doctoral degree in Instructional Design and Technology, Learning Sciences, or related field

PreferredQualifications:

• A demonstrated commitment to cultivate an understanding of the rich and varied cultures of New Mexico to the success of the university's mission to serve local and global communities
• Experience designing and teaching graduate-level online orhybrid courses using LMS and digital learning tools
• Experience developing multimedia learning materialsgrounded in multimedia learning and visual design principles
• Experience designing and evaluating eLearning environmentsincluding interaction, engagement, assessment, and learning communities
• Experience with rapid instructional design and developmentincluding storyboarding and prototyping
