This role is ideal for individuals who are confident on the phone, comfortable multitasking, and motivated by performance-based earnings. Many team members use this position as a launch point into automotive sales and leadership roles.

  • Compensation:
    $17/hour base pay plus performance-based bonuses
  • Bonus opportunities tied to appointments and results
  • Daily Pay available
Schedule
  • In Person Position/Not a Remote Role
  • Schedule includes evenings and rotating weekends
  • Flexibility provided with advance scheduling
What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails with customers actively shopping for a vehicle
  • Set, confirm, and follow up on sales appointments with detailed and accurate notes
  • Build rapport and develop relationships over phone, text, and email
  • Apply proven sales techniques and scripts to move customers toward appointments
  • Follow up with customers who missed appointments to re-engage and regain commitment
  • Take initiative, stay organized, and consistently manage multiple screens and tasks simultaneously
