| Job Summary | This position serves as the project assistant for the Chair of the Integrated Strategic Communication Department. Responsibilities include managing the daily operation and workflow of the Department, developing and coordinating Department correspondence related to student recruitment and retention on behalf of the Chair, and designing and implementing marketing and communications programs with external constituencies (alumni, donors). Writes, edits and provides design support for print and digital media. Utilizes data management systems to support social media and email marketing. Assists Chair in compliance reporting and maintains departmental student records related to recruiting, retention and student success. Assists in Department’s course scheduling in SAP and provides data analysis as needed to support Department’s internal and external communication needs. Other responsibilities include administrative support for the Chair of the Department. |
