The Integrated Marketing Manager will lead a broad portfolio of B2B marketing initiatives across campaigns, events, digital channels, partnerships, and internal communications.
You’ll play a central role in connecting marketing strategy with sales objectives and measurable revenue outcomes.
The position combines strategic planning with hands-on execution across events, partner marketing, email, social media, advertising, and web programs.
You’ll collaborate closely with sales, marketing, technology partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities and accelerate growth.
Data, campaign performance, and customer engagement insights will guide decisions and continuous optimization.
The environment is fast-paced and collaborative, offering exposure to technology, consulting, SaaS, and digital experience initiatives.
This fully remote opportunity is well suited to a proactive marketer who enjoys managing multiple programs and turning ideas into measurable business impact.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing and sales campaigns aligned with business priorities, partner objectives, and revenue goals.
  • Plan and coordinate corporate events, industry tradeshows, client gatherings, sponsorships, and other marketing activations from strategy through execution.
  • Build event go-to-market strategies, account maps, client outreach plans, revenue-generation initiatives, and event logistics.
  • Partner with sales teams to anticipate business needs, identify opportunities, and develop initiatives that support pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain co-marketing programs with technology and strategic partners, including joint events, campaigns, business planning, and market positioning.
  • Manage digital marketing programs through Pardot and Salesforce, including email campaigns, newsletters, forms, lead uploads, campaign tracking, and dashboards.
  • Ensure marketing activity is connected to Salesforce metrics and analyze engagement, opportunities, investment, and ROI.
  • Own social media planning and execution, particularly LinkedIn campaigns supporting events, solutions, content, and internal awareness.
  • Support website publishing, content updates, digital advertising, and performance reporting across platforms such as LinkedIn and Google.
  • Contribute to blogs, sales materials, newsletters, client communications, and other content initiatives.
  • Analyze campaign and program performance to identify trends, weaknesses, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners while coordinating multiple initiatives and deadlines.
Requirements:
  • 4–6 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in technology, consulting, SaaS, digital services, or partner ecosystems.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Pardot and Salesforce, including campaign management, reporting, and marketing administration.
  • Proven experience managing both large-scale industry events and smaller client-focused gatherings.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute integrated marketing programs that support sales and business growth.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, communicate trends, and evaluate campaign performance and ROI.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strong program management and multitasking capabilities, with the ability to prioritize competing deliverables.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across sales, marketing, partner, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Strong professional judgment, cultural awareness, ethics, and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce reporting and administration is a plus.
  • Experience in B2B services, SaaS, technology, or digital experience environments is preferred.
  • Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
Benefits:
  • Base salary: $95,000–$125,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other applicable factors.
  • Fully remote position within the United States.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Life insurance and disability coverage.
  • Paid time off.
  • 401(k) retirement plan.
  • Competitive benefits package for eligible full-time, non-temporary employees.
  • Opportunity to work across integrated marketing, technology, digital services, partner ecosystems, and revenue-generating initiatives.
  • Collaborative, high-growth environment with opportunities for professional development and career growth.
