What You'll Expect
As a Human Resources Generalist, you'll help shape a positive, high-performing workplace. You'll handle everything from recruiting and onboarding to compliance, employee relations, and benefits — acting as a go-to partner for both employees and managers.
What You'll Do
- Recruit, onboard, and support new hires
- Support employee relations with professionalism and confidentiality
- Assist with benefits and performance management processes
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Maintain accurate employee records and reports
- Contribute to policy updates, training programs, and team initiatives
- Be a key partner in shaping an engaged, high-performing workplace
- Grow your HR career while supporting team development and compliance
What You'll Bring
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Proficiency in HRIS and Google or Microsoft Office
- Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in HR Generalist role
- SHRM-CP/SCP or THRP certification preferred

- Experience with HRIS systems and digital onboarding platforms
- Prior experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, or benefits administration
- Interest in building a long-term career in Human Resources
