What You'll Expect

As a Human Resources Generalist, you'll help shape a positive, high-performing workplace. You'll handle everything from recruiting and onboarding to compliance, employee relations, and benefits — acting as a go-to partner for both employees and managers.

What You'll Do

  • Recruit, onboard, and support new hires
  • Support employee relations with professionalism and confidentiality
  • Assist with benefits and performance management processes
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Maintain accurate employee records and reports
  • Contribute to policy updates, training programs, and team initiatives
  • Be a key partner in shaping an engaged, high-performing workplace
  • Grow your HR career while supporting team development and compliance

What You'll Bring

  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Google or Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years in HR Generalist role
  • SHRM-CP/SCP or THRP certification preferred

What We Require

  • Experience with HRIS systems and digital onboarding platforms
  • Prior experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, or benefits administration
  • Interest in building a long-term career in Human Resources
