We are seeking a Territory Manager – Dialysis Centers to drive referral growth and expand our presence across Queens, NY. This role is focused on developing relationships with dialysis centers and nephrology practices, with the goal of increasing patient referrals to our ambulatory surgery centers.
This is a highly strategic, relationship-driven position ideal for a candidate with proven healthcare sales experience and strong knowledge of the dialysis and nephrology landscape.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a territory business plan to achieve and exceed referral and revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dialysis centers, nephrologists, and key clinical stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new referral opportunities within the assigned territory
- Educate providers and staff on American Endovascular’s services and clinical outcomes
- Coordinate and support physician-to-physician relationship development
- Track referral patterns and analyze territory performance to optimize growth strategies
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular reporting on activity and results
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless patient coordination and satisfaction
- Required: Experience calling on dialysis centers and/or nephrology practices
- Proven track record in healthcare or medical sales, preferably in vascular, interventional, or related specialties
- Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a defined geographic territory
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Must live in Queens, NY
