In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth within a defined territory by acquiring new customers, expanding existing accounts, and delivering value-based industrial solutions.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and lead generation.
- Manage and grow relationships with mid-sized and large accounts to increase revenue and account penetration.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to stay informed on industry trends and opportunities.
- Deliver product and solution presentations tailored to customer needs and technical requirements.
- Manage the full sales cycle including negotiations, contract discussions, and deal closure.
- Collaborate with internal technical, R&D, and operational teams to support customer solutions.
- Maintain accurate sales activity tracking, reporting, and pipeline management using CRM tools.
- Travel regularly to customer sites to develop relationships and support business growth initiatives.
- Ensure customer needs are communicated effectively across internal teams to support service excellence.

- 2+ years of sales experience in industrial, technical, or chemical-related industries.
- Proven success in prospecting, lead generation, and closing new business opportunities.
- Strong ability to manage long-term customer relationships and grow account value.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand technical product lines and communicate value effectively to customers.
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and prioritize effectively.
- High level of self-motivation, resilience, and achievement orientation.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%, including overnight travel.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Competitive total compensation estimated between $80,000 and $100,000.
