This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Consultant, Agentic Change Enablement based in United States.
This role leads the people and organizational side of enterprise technology transformations, with a particular focus on AI-enabled ways of working.
You will help organizations prepare employees, leaders, and teams to adopt emerging agentic technologies and new operating models.
Working directly with client teams, you will shape change strategies, identify adoption risks, and translate complex technology into practical business outcomes.
The role combines executive advisory, stakeholder engagement, training, communications, workshop facilitation, and adoption measurement.
You will also help establish scalable change practices that support sustained behavioral and organizational transformation.
The environment is collaborative, client-facing, and fast-moving, with close interaction across technical, business, and leadership teams.

Design and execute tailored change strategies for complex AI, cloud, SaaS, and Workspace transformations using established methodologies such as Prosci/ADKAR and Kotter.
Facilitate discovery workshops and change impact assessments to identify organizational risks, adoption barriers, capability gaps, and opportunities created by AI.
Define desired future-state outcomes, North Star objectives, KPIs, and success measures to track adoption and organizational health.
Map changes to policies, processes, workflows, and operating rhythms resulting from the introduction of AI-enabled ways of working.
Advise and coach executive sponsors and senior leaders on visible leadership behaviors and responsibilities throughout transformation initiatives.
Anticipate resistance to AI adoption and develop targeted mitigation strategies for high-impact stakeholder groups.
Build and activate change champion networks to support peer-to-peer learning and adoption at scale.
Translate technical AI concepts into clear business narratives, strategic priorities, and practical actions for diverse audiences.
Develop persona-based learning journeys, role-specific training programs, communication plans, leader toolkits, prompt libraries, and other enablement materials.
Design and facilitate interactive workshops, including Art of the Possible sessions, design-thinking workshops, and transformation kickoffs using platforms such as Miro or Mural.
Lead pilot programs and early-adopter initiatives, establishing baseline productivity measures and gathering feedback to inform broader rollout strategies.
Establish support structures such as collaboration channels, office hours, and self-service resources to reinforce adoption.
Conduct post-launch reinforcement activities and pulse surveys to embed new behaviors and sustain organizational change.
Produce regular adoption, usage, and progress reporting for project stakeholders and client leadership.
3–6+ years of experience in organizational change management, management consulting, or a related field, with exposure to enterprise-scale technology programs.
Proven experience applying structured change management methodologies; Prosci/ADKAR certification is strongly preferred.
Experience supporting cloud, SaaS, Google Workspace, Google Cloud, or comparable technology adoption programs.
Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, storytelling, and communication skills, with the ability to engage audiences ranging from end users to C-suite executives.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills within complex, cross-functional organizations.
Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related discipline.
Hands-on experience with Generative AI adoption, such as Gemini for Google Workspace or Vertex AI, is preferred.
Previous experience with a technology consulting firm or Google Cloud Premier Partner is advantageous.
Sufficient technical literacy to collaborate effectively with engineers, data scientists, and other technical teams while translating technology changes into human-centered actions.
Experience developing adoption dashboards, success metrics, and leadership reporting is preferred.
Extensive workshop facilitation experience, including both in-person sessions and digital collaboration environments such as Miro or Mural, is a plus.
Ability to work strategically while remaining hands-on in developing change plans, communications, training, workshops, and adoption initiatives.
Annual salary range of $135,400–$186,358, with final compensation based on experience, expertise, interview performance, geographic location, and final role level.
