Rate of Pay: $100,000 - $125,000 USD

Purpose:

At Comtech, our Senior Training Coordinator is a dynamic force behind employee growth and organizational excellence. You’ll shape, launch, and manage innovative training programs that empower our teams, foster a culture of continuous learning, and drive business transformation. As a champion of modern learning, you’ll leverage cutting-edge AI tools to create engaging content, streamline processes, and deliver impactful experiences across the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Design & Deliver: Create and facilitate training programs for onboarding, compliance, professional development, and new business systems—ensuring every employee feels supported and inspired.
  • LMS Leadership: Own the Learning Management System (LMS)—curate courses, enroll users, generate insightful reports, and troubleshooting with confidence.
  • Compliance & Communication: Provide clear, timely training completion reports to leadership and stakeholders, keeping everyone informed and compliant.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with business leaders to identify learning needs and build tailored solutions for new system rollouts.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging materials, guides, and job aids using generative AI for text, video, and audio.
  • Logistics & Coordination: Organize seamless training sessions—virtual or in-person—making learning accessible and enjoyable.
  • Continuous Improvement: Evaluate training effectiveness, gather feedback, and adapt content to maximize impact.
  • Learning Advocacy: Promote available training, clarify eligibility, and guide employees through their learning journey.
  • Needs Assessment: Conduct company-wide assessments to pinpoint skill gaps and drive targeted development.
  • Instructional Design: Partner with internal experts to craft compelling courses and ensure curriculum stays relevant and up to date.
  • Data & Analytics: Maintain robust training records, track progress, and use AI analytics to uncover insights and skill gaps.
  • Train-the-Trainer: Host sessions with subject matter experts to multiply learning impact across the organization.
  • Modernization: Transform legacy materials into engaging, AI-powered digital formats.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Training Coordinator, Trainer, or Facilitator in a corporate environment.
  • Expertise in instructional design and adult learning principles.
  • Hands-on experience with LMS administration and web-based training tools.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Creative, resourceful, and proactive mindset—ready to innovate and inspire.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
  • Familiarity with NetSuite, Rippling, Ramp, and analytics/reporting tools.
  • Commitment to employee success, growth, and development.
  • 5+ years of corporate training coordination or L&D experience
  • Experience administering an LMS

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Education, or related field (or equivalent experience)

The pay range reflects the expected base salary for this position. Final compensation will be based on role, level, skills, experience, and geographic location.
