Marketing Specialist in Thorofare, New Jersey at J. Ambrogi Foods

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for the look and feel of all outward, customer or public-facing materials. This includes the design and production of printed materials, as well as the online presence of the company across multiple digital platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Design all creative materials for marketing sales department materials and special promotional items.

· Manage all social media on all platforms to promote products and the company.

· Maintain and update the company website to promote products

· Develop and maintain promotional calendar and holiday schedules.

· Handle the local program promotions and growing the farmer base

· Manage the promotion of products through our online ordering site

· Develop sales enablement tools (pitch decks, proposal templates, marketing collateral) to support sales go-to-market strategies

· Ability to understand processes and procedures and seek continual improvement

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

· Working within the Marketing budget.

· Turnaround time of requests

· Quantity of materials produced

· Timeliness of response times

· Meeting expected timelines of projects.

• Bachelor’s or Associates Degree required

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent interpersonal skills. Must be able to work both independently and with multiple departments

in an evolving, fast-paced environment.

• Energetic, motivated self-starter with a proven track record of designing and creating strong product

content.

• Detail oriented and highly organized.

• Strong time management skills.

• Experience and proficiency with Adobe Visual Suite, Microsoft applications. Produce industry

experience a plus.
