GBI has always maintained that our employees are our greatest asset, and we are now seeking to add to our team. We are looking for a Field Services Coordinator to join our team in Livermore, CA.
Position Summary
The Field Services Coordinator will support the Field Services Manager with tracking and maintaining facility and fleet management.
Position Description
- Support Supervisor with monitoring fleet and managing communications with field personnel, including job scheduling and technician scheduling.
- Monitor and assess field operations for equipment needs and manage PO process.
- Assist with scheduling of preventative maintenance and annual inspections.
- Support Shop Parts Manager and create long-term inventory and stocking information.
- Maintain company toll pass systems including managing transponders and payables.
- Support Administrator with compliance, registrations, inspections, certifications, and permits.
- Maintain fuel card software for set up and utilization.
- Assist with development of internal operations process improvements.
- Coordinate and verify rental rates with vendors.
- Coding and approval of rental equipment invoices.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

This position offers a pay of $25 to $28 hourly.

Required Education, Experience, and Technical Knowledge
- Candidates must have the legal right to work in the US without employer sponsorship.
- High School Graduate or equivalent.
- Experience in the customer service field is preferred.
- Experience as an operations coordinator or similar role.
- Experience with Word and Excel required.
- Experience with Dispatcher, HeavyJob, and E360 preferred.
- Able to communicate effectively with employees and project teams.
- Must be highly organized, able to handle multiple tasks, and meet varying deadlines.
- Able to prioritize tasks and work independently.
