About The Role
We are looking for a People Operations Support Intern to assist the HR team with administrative and operational tasks related to People Operations processes. This opportunity is ideal for students seeking hands-on professional experience in HR support, office administration, and operational coordination.
The intern will support activities related to office support, employee documentation, benefits administration, and payroll operational processes while working closely with the People team, all while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
● Provide administrative and operational support to the People Operations team.
● Assist with employee documentation and record management.
● Support the maintenance and tracking of internal databases, files, and reports.
● Assist with employee benefits-related processes.
● Provide operational and administrative payroll support.
● Coordinate and support internal team logistics and administrative activities.
● Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
● Maintain employee information updated in internal systems and tools.
● Provide general office and administrative support as needed.
Requirements
● Current student pursuing a degree or technical program in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
● Eligible to start an internship or apprenticeship program.
● Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
● Good communication and teamwork skills.
● Eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
