Job Description
Hays Electrical Services is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Corporate Recruiter to support the acquisition of top talent across our rapidly growing national operations. This role will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting efforts focused on corporate, operational, technical, and construction leadership positions throughout the organization.
The Corporate Recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to identify, attract, evaluate, and hire high-performing professionals who align with the Hays culture and long-term growth strategy. This position requires strong sourcing capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage full-cycle recruiting activities from intake through offer acceptance.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, workforce plans, and talent requirements.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
- Recruit for positions including project management, construction management, operations leadership, estimating, VDC/BIM, project controls, accounting, finance, HR, safety, procurement, recruiting, and executive leadership.
- Conduct candidate screening interviews and assess technical qualifications, cultural fit, and long-term potential.
- Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, and hiring team feedback.
- Prepare candidate summaries and hiring recommendations for leadership review.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and future hiring needs.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting workflows within JazzHR and other recruiting systems.
- Support offer generation, offer presentation, and onboarding coordination.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Monitor recruiting metrics and provide regular updates on hiring activity, pipeline health, and search progress.

- Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting technical, operational, or construction-related positions preferred.
- Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other direct sourcing tools.
- Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
- Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (JazzHR preferred).
