- 3+ years of experience in a top-tier consulting, advisory, professional services firm, or high-performing corporate strategy and growth role.
- Strong ability to structure ambiguous business problems using analytical frameworks and deliver clear, executive-level recommendations.
- Experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, business modeling, growth strategy, or commercial assessments.
- Ability to independently manage client engagements, including defining project scope, managing stakeholders, and delivering polished final presentations or models.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills combined with strong presentation and storytelling abilities.
- Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate analytical workflows while applying independent critical thinking and quality control.
- Strong communication skills, business judgment, and ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working independently in a remote contract environment.
