As a Senior Program Manager within the Customer Success organization, you will lead high-impact programs that improve operational effectiveness, customer outcomes, and business scalability. You will partner with cross-functional teams to identify priorities, develop solutions, measure results, and ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.
- Lead the scoping, planning, prioritization, and execution of strategic programs that improve customer experiences and operational performance.
- Partner with Customer Success, operations, and business leaders to identify key challenges, define objectives, and deliver scalable solutions.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration by aligning stakeholders, managing dependencies, and ensuring initiatives remain focused on measurable outcomes.
- Build and optimize processes, tools, dashboards, and reporting frameworks that improve visibility and operational efficiency.
- Analyze program performance, measure business impact, and communicate results and recommendations to leadership teams.
- Identify operational challenges and proactively develop solutions to mitigate risks and improve customer success workflows.
- Promote continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making, experimentation, and agile program iteration.
- Support the development of high-performing teams by enabling structured execution, accountability, and strategic alignment.

The ideal candidate is an experienced program leader with a strong background in customer success operations, strategy, consulting, or technology environments. You bring excellent problem-solving abilities, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to turn complex business needs into scalable programs.
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized four-year institution.
- 6–8 years of experience in program management, customer success operations, business strategy, consulting, or related fields.
- Proven experience leading transformational initiatives that improve customer experience and operational scalability.
- Strong program management skills, including planning, prioritization, risk management, and execution.
- Ability to quickly understand business priorities, analyze data, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence executives, managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience managing complex projects and navigating competing priorities with diplomacy and sound judgment.
- Ability to lead through ambiguity and drive alignment in fast-moving environments.
- Experience working with B2B SaaS products, hardware solutions, or technology platforms is an asset.
- Experience in global operations, customer success, or customer experience organizations is preferred.
- PMP, Agile/Scrum, Prosci, or other program management certifications are considered an advantage.
- Competitive annual on-target earnings range of $111,265 – $130,900 CAD, depending on location and experience.
