Go-to-Market Associate

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Go-to-Market Associate based in the United States.

This role is designed for a hands-on marketing professional who enjoys bringing brands to life in local communities.
You will lead market-level activations that create memorable experiences for sports fans and drive brand awareness.
The position combines event execution, partnership development, vendor management, and creative problem-solving.
You will take ownership of bringing campaigns from idea to reality, working closely with local partners and internal teams.
This is an opportunity to build a strong presence in key markets while operating in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
The ideal candidate thrives outside of a traditional desk role and enjoys making things happen on the ground.

Accountabilities:

The Go-to-Market Associate will be responsible for executing local marketing initiatives that increase brand visibility and engagement across priority markets. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, operational ownership, and strong relationship-building skills.

  • Plan and execute local activations, including venue partnerships, bar takeovers, tailgates, street marketing initiatives, and other community-focused events.
  • Manage the full activation process from concept development through execution, ensuring campaigns are delivered successfully and on schedule.
  • Identify, negotiate, and maintain relationships with vendors, venues, contractors, and local partners.
  • Coordinate logistics, timelines, budgets, and operational details for market initiatives while maintaining a high level of execution quality.
  • Represent the brand on-site during key events and travel to priority markets to ensure successful activation delivery.
  • Develop creative ideas and propose new ways to engage local audiences and strengthen market presence.
  • Use technology and AI-powered tools to streamline planning, logistics, and operational workflows.
  • Solve challenges independently by finding practical solutions, building relationships, and adapting quickly when plans change.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a resourceful, energetic, and organized professional who enjoys building experiences from the ground up. They are comfortable managing multiple priorities, working independently, and operating in fast-paced environments.

  • Experience in marketing, experiential marketing, event production, partnerships, community marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines, budgets, vendors, and competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with confidence building relationships and securing partnerships.
  • A proactive mindset with strong ownership, accountability, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations and adapt quickly when challenges arise.
  • Comfortable working remotely while maintaining strong collaboration with distributed teams.
  • Willingness to travel approximately two weekends per month during the NFL season and support in-person activations.
  • Experience with event agencies, campus marketing, grassroots initiatives, or building projects with limited resources is a plus.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary range of $75,000–$100,000, plus target equity.
  • Unlimited paid time off with flexibility around scheduling.
  • 16 weeks of fully paid parental leave.
  • Home office stipend to support remote work.
  • Remote-first culture with opportunities for team and company gatherings throughout the year.
  • Company-sponsored health, dental, and vision insurance options for employees and dependents.
  • 5% 401(k) match and flexible spending account options.
  • Opportunity to work in a fast-growing environment with significant ownership and impact.
