We are a growing property management company seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. As our Senior Accountant, you will play a vital role in overseeing the financial operations across our portfolio of properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting operations for multiple properties
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
• Implement and maintain accounting controls and procedures
• Coordinate with property managers on financial matters
• Assist with audit preparations and tax filings
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of accounting experience, with demonstrated multi-unit property management expertise
• Proficiency in QuickBooks (required)
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Clear communication skills with both financial and non-financial stakeholders

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $75,000 - $85,000 annually, based on experience
