Executive Director of Finance in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania at St. Clair Hospital

this position is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling organization-wide fiscal, accounting, strategic planning and financial activities for St. Clair Health, including St. Clair Hospital, St. Clair Medical Group and affiliated joint venture entities,. Administratively responsible for the Hospital’s financial posture and reputation and for ensuring the availability of resources necessary to meet Hospital goals and objectives.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
2. Certified Public Accountant or a Master’s degree in business administration.
3. Minimum of ten years of healthcare experience with a highly developed professional knowledge of business, finance, and accounting, and an in-depth knowledge of third-party reimbursement, managed care contracting analysis, and other healthcare-specific systems and programs.
4. Proven track record in strategic planning, budgeting, and financial analysis
5. Superior interpersonal and managerial skills.
6. Seven years of supervisory experience.
