Position Summary

SCP Limited is seeking an Financial Analyst to support day-to-day accounting and finance operations. This role is ideal for someone early in their accounting or finance career who is looking to gain hands-on experience across accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and month-end close processes in a collaborative, fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance Support

Assist the Controller and accounting team with month-end close activities and audit supportPerform cash and bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial recordsPrepare and organize accounting documentation and financial recordsAccounts Payable & Receivable

Pull, review, and prepare invoices for payment processingMonitor Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) inboxes and route inquiries appropriatelyAssist with preparing payments, including ACH, wire transfers, and other electronic paymentsAdministrative & Compliance Support

Prepare and submit bank-related documentation and required formsSupport the accounting team with general administrative and clerical tasks as neededEnsure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal accounting procedures

Qualifications

Required

Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsBasic understanding of accounting principlesProficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to handle confidential financial information with discretionStrong communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a teamPreferred

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldInternship, coursework, or prior experience in accounting, AP/AR, or finance support rolesInterest in continuing education and professional growth in accounting or financeWhy Join SCP Limited
