Masters degree in Business Administration Planning Economics Real Estate or Law Degree (J.D.). Certification with the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) is beneficial. Fifteen years of leadership experience within a corporate setting required. Experience in strategic planning stakeholder relations and collaborations real estate assessment and asset redevelopment planning institutional-private partnership structuring contract negotiation performance evaluation new business development and facilities and large-scale master planning required. Solid understanding of business processes and real estate analysis is required. Program management and knowledge of design and construction is beneficial. Exhibits a demonstrated ability to establish and maintain an open and positive working relationship with individuals within and external to Parkview Health. Objective resourceful and results-oriented in seeking creative opportunities and solutions for enhancing the Parkview Health core business. Possesses strong communication and presentation skills enabling effective interaction with the Board of Directors Senior Executives physicians healthcare providers state and local governmental officials consultants attorneys and community business leaders.
