Fifteen years of leadership experience within a corporate setting required. Experience in strategic planning stakeholder relations and collaborations real estate assessment and asset redevelopment planning institutional-private partnership structuring contract negotiation performance evaluation new business development and facilities and large-scale master planning required. Solid understanding of business processes and real estate analysis is required. Program management and knowledge of design and construction is beneficial.
