Server at Travis Club Management LLC – Lakeway, Texas

We are recruiting for a Server position. This is a service-based position that will move freely between the lounge, dining rooms and kitchen areas, as part of the day-to-day operations. This is a key role in providing all Travis Club members and guests with an amazing and memorable dining experience.

• Ensures that each member receives exceptional service by providing a friendly and welcoming environment: greet and acknowledge every guest, maintain outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of guest service.
• Perform opening duties.
  • Set Dining Room for daily service, based on the reservations and in coordination with the Clubhouse Host/Hostess
  • Look at upcoming events and make sure all dining areas are set appropriately.
  • Perform assigned side work.
• Dinner Service
  • Be aware of all server sections and familiar with all table and seat numbers.
  • Know the menu, specials, pricing, POS, etc.
  • Participate in the daily lineup.
  • Provide consistently exceptional service.
• Perform closing duties.
  • Check outside work with servers and back servers.
  • Complete Server Check Out
  • Sweep/Lock up Building.
• Provide polished, attentive, and friendly service.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by a supervisor or Manager.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer service experience, as well as food and beverage serving experience preferred.
• A great attitude, eagerness to learn and work will in a team environment is a must.
