Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative in Austin, Texas at StaffMyAgency LLC

We are seeking an ambitious, outgoing, career-oriented P&C licensed Customer Service Representative/ Sales Professional to join our team. Sales and insurance experience is required. You must have excellent customer service experience. You will be speaking with customers on the phone and willing to build and develop new customer relationships and maintain existing clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a commitment to succeed every day.

Requirements

• English required; bilingual a plus!
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
• Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to effectively present our products to potential clients
• Property and Casualty licensed and willing to get Life & Health license

Benefits

• Hourly base pay $15 - $20 depending on licensing and experience
• Commissions and Bonus in addition to base
