Field Service Specialist in Colorado, Texas at BOMAG AMERICAS INC

**The ideal candidate will be located in the Western US**

· Provide technical support in a customer service focused manner until repair issue is fully resolved

· Updating and resolving BOTIS tickets timely and accurately

· Aids Production & PDI departments for critical needs (diagnosing)

· Through Fleet Intelligence, provides reports of field actions and resolutions

· Using BOTIS ticketing system And Fleet Intelligence reports, identify repetitive failure patterns, recommend, and manage field product improvements or campaigns

· Travel as required (75%)

· Desire and ability to work in fast paced manufacturing environment

· High energy level

· Self-motivated

· Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed

· Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions

· Technical aptitude

· Ability to manage several complex projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines

· Mental capacity to make sound decisions and to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
