Santa Fe Mechanical is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead commercial HVAC and mechanical projects from pre-construction through closeout. As a key member of the Project Management team, youll coordinate with field crews, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure timely, on-budget, high-quality project delivery. Key ResponsibilitiesManage commercial HVAC and mechanical projects from start to finish.
Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and progress tracking.
Review and understand mechanical plans, specifications, and submittals.
Lead project meetings and communicate updates to all stakeholders.
Resolve issues proactively to keep projects moving forward.
Ensure work aligns with contract requirements, safety protocols, and quality standards.
Support field teams with timely decision-making and resource coordination.
Provide regular status reports and financial updates to leadership.
3+ years of project management experience in commercial HVAC or mechanical contracting.
Strong understanding of mechanical systems, construction processes, and jobsite operations.
Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with a team and build strong relationships.
Proficient with project management software, Microsoft Office, and construction documents.
Bachelors degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
