S.R. Construction Services LLC is actively seeking a highly skilled Commercial & Industrial Construction Superintendent to oversee field operations for our complex projects. As a key member of our construction leadership team, you will ensure that each project is executed with the absolute highest level of quality, safety, and schedule performance.

What You Will Be Doing

You will be the absolute authority on the job site, managing daily operations from the initial mobilization through final project completion:

• Site Leadership: Coordinate, schedule, and fiercely oversee all subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel to ensure projects stay on track.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict OSHA safety standards, conduct routine job site safety meetings, and submit all required safety reports. Maintain a clean, organized, and secure worksite at all times.
• Quality Control: Ensure top-tier workmanship and strict adherence to all architectural plans and project specifications.
• Project Administration: Review and approve T&M tickets, submit detailed daily field reports, and manage weekly photo documentation entirely within Procore.
• Logistics & Procurement: Support on-site procurement, heavy equipment logistics, and critical material tracking.
• Communication: Communicate effectively and professionally with project managers, engineers, and high-level clients.

What You Need to Succeed (Qualifications)

• Experience: 5+ years of dedicated commercial or industrial construction supervision experience (OR a relevant College Degree).
• Technical Mastery: Strong, proven knowledge of ground-up construction, Tenant Improvements (TI), complex site work, MEP coordination, and high-end finishes.
• Tech Stack: High proficiency in Procore construction management software is absolutely essential, alongside Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel.
• Certifications: An OSHA 10-hour certification is strictly required. (Additional training or certifications are highly preferred).
• Licensure & Travel: A valid Driver's License with a clean driving record. You must have the willingness and flexibility to travel for out-of-town regional projects as needed.
• Mindset & Education: Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills with a highly professional presentation. High school diploma or GED required.
