Assistant Project Manager at Pierson Concrete Construction CO – Loveland, Colorado

As an Assistant Project Manager, you will be the primary engine driving the administrative and logistical success of multiple complex concrete installations. You will bridge the gap between pre-construction and field execution, ensuring our craftsmen have the precise data needed to maintain our reputation for excellence. This role offers the autonomy to manage up to 20 diverse projects while being backed by a team that values extreme ownership and professional growth.

• Coordinate comprehensive project documentation, including submittals and RFI tracking, to ensure seamless communication between the office and the field.

• Analyze structural and architectural drawings to identify constructability issues before they impact the project schedule or budget.

• Administer digital project management workflows using ProCore, PlanGrid, and Bluebeam to maintain real-time accuracy of construction documents.

• Execute daily problem-solving strategies to resolve logistical bottlenecks and maintain a strong sense of urgency on all active sites.

• Facilitate safety protocol enforcement by organizing required documentation and conducting rigorous site reviews in accordance with OSHA standards.

• Update project schedules and financial tracking to ensure every build meets Piersons high standards for profitability and precision.

• Proven ability to read and interpret complex plans and specifications for all construction trades.

• Advanced proficiency in project management software, specifically ProCore, PlanGrid (Autodesk Build), and Bluebeam.

• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and the ability to enforce safety protocols on active jobsites.

• Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Project.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience within the construction industry.

• Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish) to enhance team communication.

• Demonstrated experience with CAD software and the creation of formwork shop drawings.

• Formal OSHA certification.
