THE ROLE

As Director of Operations, you will manage a portfolio of clients and ensure seamless scheduling, staffing, and compliance across all assigned accounts. You will oversee Security Supervisors and field teams from our office, serving as the critical communications hub between our clients, executive leadership, supervisors, and law enforcement. This is a high-visibility, high-accountability, office-based role within a fast-paced, operationally demanding organization.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Evening and weekend availability may be required based on operational needs.

* Oversee daily operations for a portfolio of client accounts across assigned markets.

* Coordinate employee scheduling, including last-minute changes and call-out coverage.

* Recruit and hire team members to maintain appropriate staffing levels based on client needs.

* Lead investigations of accidents, thefts, property loss, and unlawful activities; complete all corresponding incident reports accurately and on time.

* This position is based out of our New York office. Occasional travel may be required on a case-by-case basis. (Transportation costs included in compensation package.)

* Respond to emergency situations including safety hazards, fires, medical emergencies, and threats to life or property.

* Serve as primary liaison with federal, state, and local law enforcement.

* Oversee the administration and accuracy of all required reports and documentation.

* Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in collaboration with the Executive Team.

* Enforce company policies consistently and professionally across all accounts.

* Liaise with the Executive Team to surface and address operational issues or concerns.

* Plan, deliver, and facilitate training sessions and meetings for new and existing personnel.

* Learn and maintain thorough knowledge of security plans and post orders for all designated venues.

* Unwavering discretion in maintaining the confidentiality of employees, clients, and client patrons.

* Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

* Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by the nature of our business.

BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS

* Associate or bachelor’s degree required.

* Minimum of 4 years of Security Management experience.

* Minimum of 2 years of Employee Scheduling experience.

* Experience in the Hospitality Industry is strongly preferred.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation:
Annual Salary: $85,000 – $95,000, commensurate with experience.
