Summary.
This position is part of the HVACR team and is responsible for qualifying vendor quotes on scope and price, client facing responsibilities including managing the relationship, sharing proposals, and ensuring client success through meeting SLAs and KPIs This position requires extensive technical HVAC knowledge, attention to detail, a collaborative approach with vendors and internal teammates, and forward thinking attitude around emerging tools and resources both in the field and office.
Job Responsibilities.
- Oversee daily HVACR operations across all assigned facilities.
- Meet with clients weekly for reports and updates.
- Provide technical support to commercial HVACR service provider partners.
- Obtain manufacturer proposals or purchase HVACR materials as needed.
- Ensure work order completion.
- Quote new services.
- Assigns vendors.
- Dispatches technicians timely.
- Ensures resolution to client issues.
- Evaluate and reconcile invoices.
- Other duties as required or assigned.
Proficiencies + Experience.
- 2 to 5+ years of experience in commercial HVACR R&M.
- Previous field experience is a significant plus
- Analysis / Project Management skills
- Communication skills
- People Management
- Commercial HVAC technical understanding and trade knowledge.
- MS Office + WOM platforms
- Forward thinking utilization of AI and other resources. Curiosity to try new things.
