Here's the essential responsibilities of the job:
· Manage calls, actively listen and ask relevant follow-up questions
· Provide telephone support to our new and existing families by sharing education, pricing, and scheduling tours
· Manage a high volume of calls and emails.
· Develop new referral partnership agreements
· Deliver outstanding service and follow up
· Maintain accurate documentation for family follow up and provider information in our database
· Possess exceptional verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
