Midwest Wellness Institute (MWI) is an outpatient, multidisciplinary group practice with an office in West Des Moines. We provide general psychotherapy and psychological testing services, medication management services, interventional psychiatric services such as Spravato and TMS, and Substance Abuse/Addiction Services in conjunction with MAT services.
