Navarino Property Management is seeking an experienced maintenance technician to join our growing company and work at our multiple communities market.

Responsibilities:

The Full-Time Maintenance Technician will be responsible for executing maintenance requests by diagnosing problems and making repairs and ensuring that service requests and repairs are made in a timely manner. The Maintenance Technician will also be responsible for the turn process for vacant apartment homes (such as painting, cleaning, maintenance work, etc. within the apartment home). There is also an on-call component to the job that will include a rotation and will include weekends and holidays.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years apartment maintenance or related field.
  • Basic appliance repair.
  • HVAC - only as allowed by law without EPA certification.
  • Basic plumbing.
  • Basic electrical (when no license is required).
  • General carpentry.
  • Painting including use of paint sprayer.
  • Experienced in the use of basic cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Basic painting
  • They must be certified with OSHA, EPA and CPO
