Who You Are

• 5+ years of paid experience in home repair, remodeling, or skilled trades
• Experienced across multiple trades — carpentry, drywall, painting, maintenance, and more
• Reliable, courteous, and professional in every interaction
• Comfortable working independently and within a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Fluent in English and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
