Vice President Human Resources at North Kansas City Hospital – North Kansas City, Missouri

SUMMARY: Reports directly to the President & CEO, guides and directs the projects and activities of the Human Resources and Child Care departments according to the mission and vision of the Hospital.

EXPERIENCE: At least ten years previous HR managerial experience, health care experience preferred.

OTHER: Extensive knowledge of human resources practices, employee relations matters, applicable Federal, State, and local regulations, and Joint Commission guidelines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle multiple functions simultaneously.

EDUCATION: Required: Bachelors - Business, Bachelors - Human Resources, Preferred: Masters - Business
