Job Title: Bartender

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to guests, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes.

- Engage with guests, take orders, and provide recommendations on drinks and food pairings.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies and garnishes.

- Process payments and manage transactions accurately.

- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service.

- Collaborate with servers and other staff to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.

- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a bartender in a high-volume restaurant or bar.

- Knowledge of cocktail preparation, wine, and spirits.

- Strong customer service and communication skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

- Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
