Bartender in Hamburg, New Jersey at CS RESORT MANAGER

Crystal Springs Resort is seeking Bartenders to create a welcoming, high-end hospitality experience that consistently meets and exceeds guest expectations while upholding the resort’s elevated food and beverage standards.

• Execute daily à la carte beverage service with professionalism and consistency
• Complete daily bar checklists and service station duties; report any discrepancies to Food & Beverage management
• Communicate equipment, maintenance, and sanitation needs to the Food & Beverage Director
• Ensure proper storage, organization, and cleanliness of all bar equipment and supplies
• Maintain a safe and sanitary working environment at all times
• Follow all company procedures for accidents and injuries as outlined in the employee handbook
• Comply with all sanitation, hygiene, and food safety standards
• Arrive to work on time in proper uniform and prepared for shift responsibilities
• Accurately clock in and out at scheduled times
• Provide attentive, professional service to all guests in a fast-paced environment

• Prior bartending experience required
• Strong ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Excellent communication skills with guests, coworkers, and management
• Weekday, weekend, and holiday availability required
• Strong teamwork skills and professional demeanor
