Overall Responsibilities: As a Lead Bartender at Golden Age Hospitality, you set the tone—literally and culturally—for every guest who steps up to the bar. You are both an ambassador of our beverage program and a service-driven leader on the floor. In this dual role, you are responsible for executing high-quality bar service while overseeing nightly bar operations, maintaining product standards, supporting your bar team, and ensuring alignment with the pace, polish, and personality of our nightlife experience. You are expected to bring deep knowledge of classic cocktails, natural wine, and service flow, while modeling professionalism, consistency, and situational awareness behind the bar.
