Remote Sorting Facility (RSF) Dispatcher in Orlando, Florida at Bag Truck LLC

The RSF Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating luggage transportation operations, supporting communication between teams, and helping ensure smooth daily operations between resort locations, airport operations, and the RSF.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and dispatch drivers based on operational needs.
• Monitor luggage movement and maintain accurate tracking records.
• Communicate with resort teams, airport operations, drivers and leadership regarding updates and operational needs.
• Assist with resolving operational issues and luggage discrepancies.
• Maintain dispatch logs, reports, and communication records.
• Ensure equipment is properly tracked, handled and returned after shifts.
• Support operational efficiency while maintaining excellent service standards.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous operations, dispatch, logistics, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn operational systems.
