Position: Leasing Associate

Location: Meridian Pointe, Tampa, FL, our 360-unit affordable community in the Tampa/East Hillsborough area

What You Will Do:

• Be the first impression of our community by managing all leasing inquiries, including phone calls and walk-ins, with energy and professionalism

• Communicate knowledgeably and enthusiastically about available properties to exceed performance benchmarks

• Create and distribute creative marketing materials that make Meridian Pointe stand out

• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with prospects and residents

• Thrive in a professional, performance-driven, fast-paced team environment

• Bring high-energy sales skills and excellent closing ability to every interaction

• Read the room and adapt your approach to meet the unique needs and personality of each prospect

What You Bring:

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred

Experience:

• Minimum 1 to 3 years of leasing experience, with mid-rise experience preferred

• Proficiency in Yardi software products is a plus

Skills and Certifications:

• Proven phone sales and customer service skills that close deals

• A strong work ethic and genuine passion for helping people

• A responsive, courteous, reliable, and upbeat attitude every single day

• Sharp attention to detail and excellent follow-up techniques

• A performance-driven mindset with a love for growth and change

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to be counted on

• A professional demeanor and a personable, welcoming phone presence

• The ability to thrive in a customer-focused, collaborative team environment

• Valid Driver's License required
