This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Lead of Affiliate Marketing based in Australia.

This role sits at the core of a fast-scaling global digital ecosystem, where affiliate partnerships are a key driver of user acquisition and revenue growth. You will be responsible for building, expanding, and optimizing a high-performing affiliate network across international markets. The position combines business development, performance marketing, and analytical decision-making in a highly data-driven environment. You will work closely with internal teams across product, tech, and account management to ensure seamless partner integration and campaign execution. With a strong focus on scaling mainstream dating traffic, this role offers the opportunity to directly impact global growth performance. It is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, international, and results-oriented environments.

Accountabilities:
  • Identify, approach, negotiate, and onboard new affiliate partners, advertisers, and networks within the mainstream dating vertical.
  • Build and scale a strong affiliate pipeline from initial outreach through to campaign launch and long-term optimization.
  • Manage the full partner lifecycle, including negotiations, onboarding, performance tracking, and ongoing relationship management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, tech, sales, and account management) to ensure smooth partner integration and execution.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, traffic sources, and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities.
  • Work with affiliate tracking systems and performance data to monitor KPIs such as CPA, ROI, LTV, CR1/CR2, and payout efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot tracking, attribution, and reporting discrepancies to ensure data accuracy and campaign optimization.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in affiliate marketing, business development, partnerships, or performance-driven digital sales roles.
  • Strong advantage if experienced within dating, mainstream dating products, affiliate networks, or high-volume performance marketing verticals.
  • Existing network of affiliate partners, advertisers, or traffic sources with the ability to generate scalable high-quality traffic.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and grow partnerships pipelines and consistently deliver revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of affiliate marketing models including CPA, CPL, RevShare, hybrid deals, payouts, and traffic quality evaluation.
  • Advanced analytical skills with hands-on experience in tracking systems, attribution models, and performance metrics analysis.
  • Comfortable working with tools such as Google Sheets and interpreting technical tracking setups (postbacks, pixels, sub IDs).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills in an international environment.
Benefits:
  • Fully remote work opportunity with global flexibility.
  • Competitive compensation shared during the hiring process.
  • 28 days of annual vacation leave.
  • 7 additional wellness days per year for rest and personal needs.
  • Referral bonuses up to $5,000 for successful hires.
  • 50% coverage for professional training, courses, and international conferences.
  • Corporate discounts for English language learning.
  • Health benefits or annual reimbursement up to $1,000 for medical expenses or insurance.
  • Workplace support including equipment provision or remote workspace reimbursement up to $1,000 every 3 years.
  • Internal gamified reward system with perks such as merchandise, experiences, and wellness benefits.
  • Inclusive, international, and fully distributed work culture.
